Learning key computer terminology and developing technical skills are the focus of all grades at St. Thomas More Catholic School - Technology class. During the year, students will become familiar with the operating systems of Windows based PCs and Chrome. Microsoft Office software and Google Suite application skills will be developed including, but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheet and presentation. In addition, Junior High students will be involved in learning about the most current Technology trends and news.

Problem-solving, critical and creative thinking skills will be fostered through homework and in-class projects. Through individual and group projects, presentation skills will also be developed and utilized. Students will also have ample opportunities to demonstrate and strengthen their Christian faith and values through their classwork.
